- After you log in use the "Add new ticket" function to create a ticket.
- Please make sure you fill the ticket type(bug reports go to a different department than custom request) and for what theme is the ticket.
- When you post the ticket we are notified via email. When you get a reply from us, you will be notified via email as well.
- Our support hours are 9 AM - 5 PM GMT (Europe timezone), Monday - Friday. We answer questions within 24 hours during business days. On rare occasions we may delay our replies a little longer if there are many tickets in queue.
