How to use the ticket system !

Using this ticket system will help our team answer faster and it will be easier for both parties to track and manage your requests.

  • If you received an account from staff please use it in order to log in.
  • If you don't have an account yet please register.It's very fast & simple.
  • After you log in use the "Add new ticket" function to create a ticket.
  • Please make sure you fill the ticket type(bug reports go to a different department than custom request) and for what theme is the ticket.
  • When you post the ticket we are notified via email. We we will post a reply you will notified via email.
  • We usually answer in 24h but sometimes due to larger number of request we may delay the reply.
